Paella cooking course
You start with a tapas aperitif by way of welcome. You then join forces to cook the various paellas, after which they're served to you in the BOLERO Restaurante. The dessert is a typical crema catalana. During the evening, you learn about tapas, paellas y vinos, Spanish eating habits and the Way of St James.

Our own esencial Spanish wines, Spanish beer on tap, bottled water and a carajillo/coffee/tea of your choice are included in the price throughout the evening.
We'll organise a private paella cookery course for 10 or more persons on the date of your choice.
