What to expect:
- Welcome with a Vermouth and two cold tapas: Start the evening in true Spanish style with an aromatic Vermouth, accompanied by two delicious cold tapas.
- Introduction to the world of tapas: Our course instructor will introduce you to the origins and diversity of Spanish tapas culture – a fascinating insight into Spain's culinary traditions.
- Hands-on cooking: Under the guidance of our instructor, you will prepare authentic warm tapas, including classics like Almejas a la Marinera, Gambas al Ajillo, and to finish, an irresistible Crema Catalana.
- Enjoy in a sociable setting: After cooking, you will enjoy your homemade tapas in a relaxed atmosphere – the perfect wines can be ordered separately on site.
